Shipping Policy

I aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. I normally use Royal Mail or Hermes. 
At the present time I do not do international orders. 

Returns

I encourage you to return any item which you are not perfectly happy with, or which is not as you expected, or if you have simply changed your mind about it. Just email me to let me know and return it within 14 days of receipt.

Sorry,  earrings are excluded from the refund policy due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

​You may cancel your order for a full refund up to the point of dispatch.

On receipt of the returned goods i will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not any delivery and/or postage).

If you prefer, an exchange for an alternative products to the same value, this can be arranged.

Items must be returned in an undamaged condition.

​You are responsible for arranging returns and i suggest retaining proof of postage. I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

I will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

When you conduct a transaction on this website, as part of the process, i collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

I also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, address, communications) and payment details.

WHAT I DO WITH THE INFORMATION GATHERED

  • processing your order
  • to provide customer assistance and technical support
  • I personally do not store your information in either digital or paper format

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. ​

How i communicate with you

I may contact you to notify you regarding your order, to troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed. For these purposes i may contact you via email and/or postal mail.
